Independent brand & web designer
I'm Orin — I design identities and websites for founders who need the work done properly, explained plainly, and finished on a date they can plan around.
Services
Each one is scoped as a fixed piece of work with a written plan before anything starts, so you always know what you are getting and when it lands.
A complete visual identity for a new venture or a tired one — built to hold up across a site, a deck and a shopfront sign.
Design and front-end build for a site that reads clearly, loads fast and stays editable once I hand it over.
A set number of days each month for the steady stream of work that comes after launch — campaigns, pages, pitch material.
Selected work
Different sectors, same approach: understand the business, cut the noise, then design something the team is glad to send people to.

Website
A small practice with a site nobody could navigate. Rebuilt around the four questions clients actually arrived with.
Identity & website
Identity and a one-page site for a seasonal supper club, built so the team can swap each month's menu themselves.
About
I've spent the last decade designing for small teams — studios, practices, independent food places — first inside agencies, now on my own. The appeal of working this way is simple: the person you brief is the person who does the work.
Most projects start with a long conversation about the business rather than the design. I want to know who you are trying to reach, what they get wrong about you, and what you need them to do next. The visual decisions get much easier after that.
I take two projects at a time so neither gets squeezed, and I write everything down — scope, dates, what I need from you — before any design begins.
Not sure which service fits, or whether your project is big enough to bother? Send a short note anyway. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Process
Four stages, each with a clear end point. You'll know what stage we're in and what happens next at every step.
A call to talk through the business, the problem and the deadline. You leave with a written scope, a fixed price and a start date — no obligation to take it.
Week oneI dig into your sector, your audience and whatever you already have. We agree the structure and the message before I draw anything.
About one weekWork comes to you in rounds rather than one dramatic reveal, with two rounds of feedback built into every stage.
Two to four weeksFinal files, a live site where relevant, and a walkthrough so your team can keep it going. I stay reachable for a month afterwards.
Closing weekQuestions
Every project is quoted as a fixed price for a written scope, so the number doesn't move unless the scope does. Support work is priced as a set number of days a month. You'll see the figure before you commit to anything.
An honest description of the business, anything you've already made, and one person who can give feedback and make decisions. Scattered feedback from six people is the single most common reason projects drift.
I'll shape the structure and edit what you have so it reads well in the layout. For a site that needs writing from scratch, I'll build that into the scope or bring in a writer I trust and manage them for you.
Two rounds per stage, which is enough for almost everything when the groundwork is done first. Anything beyond that is quoted separately and agreed before I start it.
You get the source files, the fonts and licences you need, and a short walkthrough recorded or live. Everything is yours — no hosting lock-in and nothing you have to keep paying me for.
Start a project
A few lines is plenty. I reply to every enquiry myself, usually within two working days, and I'll tell you straight away whether I'm the right person for it.
